FINAL CHRISTMAS MENU🎄

This is it.. the last week of our Christmas menus!!

If you’d like them over Christmas or New Year, you’ll need to keep them in your freezer (they’ll keep perfectly fine for weeks and weeks).. then defrost when you’d like them.. overnight in the fridge or a couple hours out on a plate, a quick blast in the microwave, or even straight from the freezer.. any and all methods work perfectly! Please order as quickly as you can (this is the last bake this year).. when they’re gone they’re gone. Lastly, a huge THANK YOOOOU to all who’ve supported and bought brownies from Bob’s this year. I love baking brownies and I really appreciate you allowing me to carry on🥰..

Snowy BOB — Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, rich, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with a flurry of snowy icing sugar.

Christmas pud — Packed with juicy currants, sultanas, raisins, cherries, apples, orange and lemon peel, all steeped in rich, full bodied Cream Sherry. Topped with a glace cherry, then finished with dredged icing sugar to complete the christmassyness.

Yule log — Our fudgy, dense brownie take on a classic Christmas yule log… Classic BOB covered in a thick layer of creamy, chocolate yule frosting then finished with a flourish of freshly fallen snowy dredged icing sugar.

Bueno BOB — *newbie!! Our luscious and lovely BOB topped with a big blob of melted milk chocolate, and a square of Kinder Bueno atop.

Salted caramel
 & pretzel — Sea salted caramel running through and over a BOB, then topped with a layer of crispy, salty pretzels, more caramel and an extra sprinkle of sea salt flakes. Chewy, gooey, crunchy, sweet and salty goodness.

Irish cream swirl — Laced with Irish cream then swirled over and through with our deliciously decadent Irish cream cheesecake.

Marshmallow & white choc chunk — Soft marshmallows and chunks of creamily sweet white chocolate packed into a classic BOB. Topped with a white chocolate drizzle and mini marshmallows. Pillowy, chewy, creamy, nubbly gooeyness.

Espresso choc chunk — Dark, dense, fudgy and rich, espresso laden BOB with dark chocolate chunks. Topped with a cocoa dusting. Intense coffee, choco, cocoa hit.

Cranberry & white choc chunk blondie — Creamy white chocolate blondie, studded with piles of sharp dried cranberries and chunks of smooth, sweet white chocolate. Topped with a cream cheese frosting then finished with more dried cranberries and white chocolate shavings.
