When indecisiveness works wonders..

I couldn’t decide which of these to omit, to stick with our usual menu size of 8 varieties..

So, welcome to this week’s menu.. containing NINE amazing (including a couple rare) varieties!!

BOB — Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, rich, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with dredged icing sugar.

Cappuccino — A dark, dense, fudgy espresso laden BOB, with a creamy layer of our brown sugar frosting and then finished with a light sprinkling of cocoa.

Black forest — A darker, richer, cherry brandy infused BOB loaded with morello cherries and dark chocolate chips. Topped with a dark chocolate drizzle. Aromatic, juicy, darkness.

Kinder Bueno — Our luscious and lovely BOB topped with a big blob of melted milk chocolate, and a square of Kinder Bueno atop (*contains hazelnuts).

Marshmallow & white choc chunk — Marshmallows and creamy white chocolate chunks packed into a classic BOB. Topped with a white chocolate drizzle and mini marshmallows.

Salted caramel – Gorgeous homemade sea salted caramel running through and over a BOB. Topped with an extra sprinkle of sea salt flakes. Chewy, gooey, sweet and salty goodness.

Triple choc chunk — Choc full of dark, milk and white chocolate chunks and baked to chocolatey perfection. Topped with a dark, milk and white chocolate drizzle.. Extreme chocolateness.

Vanilla cheesecake — Our smooth and tangy vanilla cheesecake swirled over and through a BOB.. dreamy, creamy chocolatey fudginess.

Sticky lemon and white choc chunk blondie — Creamy white chocolate blondie infused with fresh lemon juice and zest, swirls of lemon curd and chunks of white chocolate. Finished with a zesty lemon glaze. Creamy, zesty, sweet, sharp and sticky.

Non Gluten-containing — Our non gluten brownies are just as rich and gooey as our regular brownies.. Send us a message to order and for any queries (even though we pay extra care and attention in preparation and production of our non gluten-containing brownies and blondies, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be gluten traces as we use wheat flour in our regular menu).

Non-dairy — We can also bake non-dairy brownies and blondies (our non-dairy brownies contain eggs whereas our vegan brownies don’t). Send us a message for more information.

Vegan — We have a very loyal vegan brownie following! Send us a message if you’d like vegan brownies and we’ll go through available varieties.

**introducing our newest invention, BOB Squared is a bespoke batch.. made just for you! It’s a BOB base (either brownie or blondie version) with your choice of up to 4 varieties (maximum one per quarter) from Marshmallow & white choc, Honeycomb choc, BOB, Oreo, Rolo, Oreo & Rolo, BOBKat, Mars bar, Triple choc, Fudgilicious, Nutty choc chunk, PB, PB& Snickers, Biscoff, Jammy dodger, Raspberry & white choc (possibly more varieties too). Arriving in a 10” pizza box, it serves 20 regular sized brownies but can also be cut to order into any number/configuration. Or even left uncut. Varieties will kind of meld together where they meet, so if you get a middle brownie you’ll be highly likely to have many varieties in one 😋

It’s a BOB base (either brownie or blondie version) with your choice of up to 4 varieties (maximum one per quarter) from Marshmallow & white choc, Honeycomb choc, BOB, Oreo, Rolo, Oreo & Rolo, BOBKat, Mars bar, Triple choc, Fudgilicious, Nutty choc chunk, PB, PB& Snickers, Biscoff, Jammy dodger, Raspberry & white choc (possibly more varieties too). Arriving in a 10” pizza box, it serves 20 regular sized brownies but can also be cut to order into any number/configuration. Or even left uncut. Varieties will kind of meld together where they meet, so if you get a middle brownie you’ll be highly likely to have many varieties in one 😋

I believe you’ll find that allll the following varieties taste amazing fresh from the fridge, or even sat atop a bowl of icecream 😋 This will be the last bake for a couple weeks.. As I’m going to give the kitchen a break for the following week, and will then be back with you the Sunday after. Back to the here and now though, here’s this week’s menu 😍..

BOB — Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, rich, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with dredged icing sugar.

Oreo & milk choc chunk — Packed with crunchy, creamy Oreos and milk chocolate chunks.

Mars bar — With heaps of chopped Mars bars.. baked to fudgy, chewy, gooey perfection, then finished with a milk chocolate drizzle and more chopped mars bars atop.

Kinder Bueno — Our luscious and lovely BOB topped with a big blob of melted milk chocolate, and a square of Kinder Bueno atop (*contains hazelnuts).

Marshmallow & white choc chunk — Marshmallows and creamy white chocolate chunks packed into a classic BOB. Topped with a white chocolate drizzle and mini marshmallows.
