Handmade with care, attention and occasional mad science moments, here are all our Brownies and Blondies. We choose 8 of these per week to go onto our menu, which can be found in the menu tab, above. We’re happy to receive advance requests for particular varieties.

When we make our Brownies we want intense, rich, dense fudginess – with no hint of cakiness. We always use the finest quality ingredients: Belgian chocolate, Fairtrade cocoa, free range eggs, British unsalted butter, British caster sugar, locally milled flour and Madagascan vanilla bean extract. We make all our sauces, mixes and creams from scratch. We use recipes and methods we’ve refined by being particular about how we want our finished product to be… This makes for Brownies and Blondies of substance, complete with the thin wafery crust that all the best Brownies have.
