It is with regret that I have made the difficult decision to close Bob’s until further notice.

I was very much hoping to bring an Easter menu in a couple of weeks, but that is now looking less likely. However once the lockdown has been lifted and we can go back to some semblance of a new normal then I will happily start off with a belated easter bake – featuring many, many creme egg brownies (I reckon we’ll all deserve some)!

I’ll still turn up here every now and then to give updates so please keep an eye out on Sunday evenings for our posts.

We found eggs – so the bake will go on!

..It’ll be a smaller one this week though in order for me to juggle homeschooling into the mix, so please be speedy to order. Thanks so much to all last week’s customers who were great with collecting from the door and looking out for each other when it came to social distancing. We will carry on with doorstep collections to make it easier for you to distance yourself from other customers as you’ll be able to physically see if there’s anyone else waiting. Obviously please adhere to govt guidelines and do not collect if anyone in your household is isolating. Also, if you could pay via bank transfer in order to save on cash handling that would be highly appreciated – we can go through details when you message with your order. Our gorgeous homemade sea salted caramel running through and over a BOB. Topped with an extra sprinkle of sea salt flakes. Chewy, gooey, sweet and salty goodness.

Oreo & white choc chunk blondie

Our white chocolate blondie, packed with heaps of Oreos and white chocolate chunks then baked to fudgy, crumbly, creamy perfection.

Honeycomb Boost

With chopped Cadbury’s Crunchie and Boost bars, baked to gooey, crunchy, toffee-ey, brownie perfection.

Marshmallow and white choc chunk

Soft marshmallows and chunks of creamily sweet white chocolate packed into a classic BOB. Topped with a white chocolate drizzle and mini marshmallows. Pillowy, chewy, creamy, nubbly gooeyness.

Salted caramel

Our gorgeous homemade sea salted caramel running through and over a BOB. Topped with an extra sprinkle of sea salt flakes. Chewy, gooey, sweet and salty goodness.

Peanut butter

Our creamy, salty, sweet and crunchy peanut butter mix, swirled through and over a BOB. Creamy, crunchy, nutty, choccy heaven.

Raspberry and white choc chunk blondie

Our white chocolate blondie, heavily laden with raspberries and white chocolate chunks. Sharp, juicy raspberries, chunks of smooth, sweet white chocolate and creamy vanilla blondiness.

Gluten free

Our gluten free brownies are just as rich and gooey as our regular brownies. We can bake just about all of our brownies and blondies gluten free. Send us a message to enquire.

Vegan

We have a very loyal vegan brownie following! At the moment we offer vegan BOB, Mint choc, Chocolate orange, Peanut butter, Triple nut choc, Toasted almond, Walnut, Choco hazelnut and Choc cherry. All baked to order so send us a message if you’re interested.

Dairy free

We can also bake dairy free for most of our regular brownies. Our dairy free brownies contain eggs whereas our vegan brownies don’t. Send us a message for more information.

*Allergy information

All our brownies contain wheat (wheat flour), milk (butter and chocolate), eggs, and soya (soy lecithins in chocolate). This week our Peanut butter swirl brownies contain nuts (peanuts). Our vegan brownies contain seeds (ground flaxseed). We cannot guarantee that there won’t be nut, seed or coconut traces in any of our brownies due to the fact that they are used on the premises. Please contact us if you have any allergy questions or queries about our menu.

Small boxes (8 brownies) are £7, medium boxes (12 brownies) are £10, large boxes (16 brownies) are £12 and our Gigantaboxes (36 brownies – great for parties.. or brownie hunger!) are £26. You can mix any available varieties in a box. All brownies will be ready to collect from 4pm Thursday from our North Swindon address. Otherwise we can mail all boxes (except Gigantaboxes) for £4.60 P&P (1st class post) to UK mainland addresses (we can add a message to your box if you like too). Either email us or message us on Facebook to order. It’s worth doing this as soon as possible as we only make a limited amount per week; When they’re gone… they’re gone! BOB

Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, rich, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with dredged icing sugar.

Salted caramel & Rolo

Swirled with our delicious sea salted caramel then completed with a gooey, chewy Rolo. Topped with an extra sprinkle of sea salt flakes.

Choco Peanut butter swirl

Piled with heaps of smooth, dark Belgian chocolate chunks then swirled with spoonfuls of our creamy, crunchy peanut butter mix. Choco nutty-tastic 😀

Fudgilicious

Our deliciously gooey, chocolatey BOB crammed with heaps of chopped Cadbury’s fudge.
