Rolo — Gorgeously fudgy BOB baked with a Rolo lovingly nestled inside. Topped with another Rolo – coz we love ’em.

Nuts about you — Packed with chopped peanuts, almonds and walnuts and finished with a dark chocolate drizzle.

Espresso — Our dark, dense, fudgy and rich, espresso laden BOB topped with a cocoa dusting. Intense coffee, choco, cocoa hit.

Final Christmas Menu!!!

Welcome to the final week of our Christmas menu. If you’d like your boxes to last over the Christmas period, you’ll need to buy now and then freeze them until needed (overnight in the fridge to defrost is perfect). There are no Gigantaboxes this week but we are still able to post out.

Snowy BOB — Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, rich, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with a flurry of snow (icing sugar)

Christmas pud — Packed with juicy currants, sultanas, raisins, cherries, apples, orange and lemon peel, all steeped in rich, full bodied Cream Sherry. Topped with a glace cherry, then finished with dredged icing sugar to complete the christmassyness.

Yule log — Our fudgy, dense brownie take on a classic Christmas yule log… Classic BOB covered in a thick layer of creamy, chocolate yule frosting then finished with a flourish of freshly fallen snowy dredged icing sugar.

Ginger zing — Crammed with much gingery goddess (ground ginger, crystallised ginger, stem ginger) and baked to zingy perfection.

Welcome to our first of two Christmas menus. The core varieties will remain the same next week but we may change a couple of varieties in order to cram as much selection in as possible. Yule log — Our fudgy, dense brownie take on a classic Christmas yule log… Classic BOB covered in a thick layer of creamy, chocolate yule frosting then finished with a flourish of freshly fallen snowy dredged icing sugar.

Toblerone & toasted almond — With heaps of chopped Toblerone and freshly toasted flaked almonds.

Chocolate orange — Fudgy, dense BOB topped with a layer of zesty orange buttercream, coated with smooth, rich dark Belgian chocolate then sprinkled with fresh orange zest.

Salted caramel
 and pretzel — Sea salted caramel running through and over a BOB, then topped with a layer of crispy, salty pretzels, more caramel and an extra sprinkle of sea salt flakes. Chewy, gooey, crunchy, sweet and salty goodness.

Ginger zing — Crammed with much gingery goddess (ground ginger, crystallised ginger, stem ginger) then baked to zingy perfection.

Marshmallow and white choc chunk — Soft marshmallows and chunks of creamily sweet white chocolate packed into a classic BOB. Topped with a white chocolate drizzle and mini marshmallows. Pillowy, chewy, creamy, nubbly gooeyness.

Espresso choc chunk — Dark, dense, fudgy and rich, espresso laden BOB with dark chocolate chunks. Topped with a cocoa dusting. Intense coffee, choco, cocoa hit.

Cranberry and white choc chunk blondie — Creamy white chocolate blondie, studded with piles of sharp dried cranberries and chunks of smooth, sweet white chocolate. Topped with a cream cheese frosting then finished with more dried cranberries and white chocolate shavings.

Non Gluten-containing — Our non gluten brownies are just as rich and gooey as our regular brownies. Send us a message to enquire. Even though we pay extra care and attention in preparation and production of our non gluten-containing brownies and blondies, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be gluten traces as we use wheat flour in our regular menu. Vegan — We have a very loyal vegan brownie following! At the moment we offer vegan BOB, Mint choc, Chocolate orange, Peanut butter, Triple nut choc, Toasted almond, Walnut, Choco hazelnut and Choc cherry. All baked to order so send us a message if you’re interested.

Dairy free — We can also bake dairy free for most of our regular brownies. Our dairy free brownies contain eggs whereas our vegan brownies don’t. Send us a message for more information.

It’s a BOB base (either brownie or blondie version) with your choice of up to 4 varieties (maximum one per quarter) from Marshmallow & white choc, Honeycomb choc, BOB, Oreo, Rolo, Oreo & Rolo, BOBKat, Mars bar, Triple choc, Fudgilicious, Nutty choc chunk, PB, PB& Snickers, Biscoff, Jammy dodger, Raspberry & white choc (possibly more varieties too). Coming in a 10” pizza box it serves 20 regular sized brownies but can also be cut to order into any number/configuration. Or even left uncut. Varieties will kind of meld together where they meet, so if you get a middle brownie you’ll be highly likely to have many varieties in one 😋

Welcome to this week’s menu.. The last one before our Christmas menu begins next Sunday!..

BOB — Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, rich, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with dredged icing sugar.

Black forest — A darker, richer, cherry brandy infused BOB loaded with morello cherries and dark chocolate chips. Topped with a dark chocolate drizzle. Aromatic, juicy, darkness.

Malty teaser — Piles of chopped and crushed maltesers and a heap of horlicks (for extra malty goodness) packed into a BOB. Topped with melted white chocolate and a malteser. Chewy, fudgy, rich and crunchy.

Marshmallow and white choc chunk — Marshmallows and creamy white chocolate chunks packed into a classic BOB. Topped with a white chocolate drizzle and mini marshmallows.
