Wow, last week was busy. Hooray we got through last week’s manicness… and are still raring to bake! So last week we baked and sold over 1500 brownies. Which equates to well over 20 kilos of Belgian chocolate, not including over a kilo of maltesers, enough marshmallows to fill a small room, over 200 eggs, around 15 kilos of British unsalted butter, 8 kilos of Shipton Mill special grade flour, nearly a kilo of Fairtrade cocoa. And so on….!

For all you amazingly organised folk, this is the penultimate menu before Father’s Day. So if you see particular varieties this week that you think dad’s you know might like (beats golf socks and wittynotwitty books/gadgets/dvd’s…) then order now and stash the box, as is, away in the freezer (they’ll quite happily freeze for months). BOB

Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with dredged icing sugar.

Banoffee

Mashed and chopped ripe bananas and toffee pieces packed into a BOB, then baked to gooey aromatic perfection. Topped with chunky shards of chopped toffee and a dark chocolate drizzle. Banana, toffee, choc fest.

Chocolate orange

Freshly squeezed orange juice and zest infused BOB, with a layer of zesty orange buttercream. Topped with smooth, rich dark chocolate and a sprinkling of fresh orange zest. Smells oh so good!

Marshmallow and white choc chunk

Chewy, gooey, soft marshmallows and chunks of smooth white chocolate packed into a classic BOB. Topped with marshmallow pieces and a white chocolate drizzle. Chewy, nubbly, gooeyness.

Salted caramel and pecan

Sea salted caramel running through and over a pecan nut studded BOB. Topped with more pecans and an extra sprinkle of sea salt flakes. Chewy, gooey, nutty, sweet and salty goodness.

Raspberry and white chocolate

Plied with lots of sharp, juicy raspberries and chunks of creamy white chocolate. Dark, rich, fudgy brownie, juicily sharp raspberries and creamily sweet white chocolate… Heavenly!

Vanilla cheesecake swirl

Our tangy vanilla cheesecake mix swirled through and over a classic BOB. Tangy, dreamy creaminess and rich, gooey, chocolatey fudginess. A beautiful taste combination.

Blueberry blondie

Our creamy white chocolate blondie crammed with heaps of  juicy blueberries and white chocolate chunks. Superfood blondie!

All our brownies contain wheat (wheat flour), milk (butter), eggs and soya (soy lecithins in chocolate). This week our Salted caramel and pecan brownie contains nuts (pecans). We cannot guarantee that there wont be nut traces in any of our brownies due to the fact that they are used on the premises. Please feel free to contact us if you have any allergy questions or queries about our menu.

Large boxes (16 brownies) are £11. Medium boxes (12 brownies) are £9. Small boxes (8 brownies) are £6. Or go all out for our new Gigantabox (36 brownies) for £23. You can mix any available varieties in a box. All brownies will be ready to collect from 4pm Thursday from our North Swindon address. Otherwise we can mail boxes for £4 P&P (1st class post) to UK mainland addresses (we can add a message to your box if you like too). Either email us or message us on Facebook to order. Billionaire’s BOB

Our BOB, blinged up with a layer of smooth, creamy caramel, then topped in rich dark chocolate.

Cherry choc chunk

Packed with chopped glace cherries and chunks of dark, rich chocolate. Topped with half a glace cherry and a dark chocolate drizzle. Chewy, juicy, chocolatey richness.

Coconut

Plied with heaps of aromatic, tender, shredded coconut, topped with piles more then baked to toasty, chewy, fragrant, tropical goodness. Sound okay for you Zoe?!

Choco hazelnut

Maximum nuttiness. Oven roasted hazelnuts, chopped then crammed into a BOB with chunks of dark chocolate. This one is rather amazing warmed up a little! Topped with a dark chocolate and a whole roasted hazelnut.

Marshmallow and white choc chunk

A dark, rich BOB topped with espresso and marsala drenched boudour fingers, covered with a creamy cheesecake layer, then topped with dredged cocoa. Beware… this is addictive!

Lemon meringue blondie

Our white chocolate blondie infused with fresh lemon juice and zest, spread with zingy lemon curd, topped with meringue and baked to gooey, creamy, zingy, crunchy perfection.
