Final Christmas Menu!!!

Welcome to the final week of our Christmas menu. If you’d like your boxes to last over the Christmas period, you’ll need to buy now and then freeze them until needed (overnight in the fridge to defrost is perfect). There are no Gigantaboxes this week but we are still able to post out.

This is it.. please order very soon.. as there’s only one of me and there’s only so many brownies I can bake in a week!..

Snowy BOB — Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, rich, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with a flurry of snow (icing sugar)

Christmas pud — Packed with juicy currants, sultanas, raisins, cherries, apples, orange and lemon peel, all steeped in rich, full bodied Cream Sherry. Topped with a glace cherry, then finished with dredged icing sugar to complete the christmassyness.

Yule log — Our fudgy, dense brownie take on a classic Christmas yule log… Classic BOB covered in a thick layer of creamy, chocolate yule frosting then finished with a flourish of freshly fallen snowy dredged icing sugar.

Ginger zing — Crammed with much gingery goddess (ground ginger, crystallised ginger, stem ginger) and baked to zingy perfection.

Salted caramel
 and pretzel — Sea salted caramel running through and over a BOB, then topped with a layer of crispy, salty pretzels, more caramel and an extra sprinkle of sea salt flakes. Chewy, gooey, crunchy, sweet and salty goodness.

Irish cream swirl — Our classic BOB laced with Irish cream then swirled over and through with a deliciously decadent Irish cream cheesecake.

Marshmallow and white choc chunk — Soft marshmallows and chunks of creamily sweet white chocolate packed into a classic BOB. Topped with a white chocolate drizzle and mini marshmallows. Pillowy, chewy, creamy, nubbly gooeyness.

Espresso choc chunk — Dark, dense, fudgy and rich, espresso laden BOB with dark chocolate chunks. Topped with a cocoa dusting. Intense coffee, choco, cocoa hit.

Toblerone & toasted almond — Packed with heaps of chopped Toblerone, topped with flaked almonds then baked to toasty, nougatty, chocolatey perfection.

Biscoff blondie — Creamy white chocolate blondie swirled with caramel biscuit spread and white chocolate chunks, sprinkled with broken caramel biscuits then baked until gooey, caramelly and crunchy.

Cranberry and white choc chunk blondie — Creamy white chocolate blondie, studded with piles of sharp dried cranberries and chunks of smooth, sweet white chocolate. Topped with a white chocolate frosting then finished with more dried cranberries and white chocolate.

Non Gluten-containing — Our non gluten brownies are just as rich and gooey as our regular brownies. Send us a message to enquire. Even though we pay extra care and attention in preparation and production of our non gluten-containing brownies and blondies, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be gluten traces as we use wheat flour in our regular menu. Vegan — We have a very loyal vegan brownie following! At the moment we offer vegan BOB, Mint choc, Chocolate orange, Peanut butter, Triple nut choc, Toasted almond, Walnut, Choco hazelnut and Choc cherry. All baked to order so send us a message if you’re interested.

Dairy free — We can also bake dairy free for most of our regular brownies. Our dairy free brownies contain eggs whereas our vegan brownies don’t. Send us a message for more information.

**introducing our newest invention, BOB Squared is a bespoke batch.. made just for you! It’s a BOB base (either brownie or blondie version) with your choice of up to 4 varieties (maximum one per quarter) from Marshmallow & white choc, Honeycomb choc, BOB, Oreo, Rolo, Oreo & Rolo, BOBKat, Mars bar, Triple choc, Fudgilicious, Nutty choc chunk, PB, PB& Snickers, Biscoff, Jammy dodger, Raspberry & white choc (possibly more varieties too). Coming in a 10” pizza box it serves 20 regular sized brownies but can also be cut to order into any number/configuration. Or even left uncut. Varieties will kind of meld together where they meet, so if you get a middle brownie you’ll be highly likely to have many varieties in one 😋

Welcome to our first of two Christmas menus. The core varieties will remain the same next week but we may change a couple of varieties in order to cram as much selection in as possible. It’s one of my favourite menus of the year.. Bonfire week🎇 Can’t remember the last time I baked toffee apple blondies (had to trawl waaay back through the recipe file to find them), but they really are a complete joy to bake.. and eat! Also haven’t baked maple-roasted pecan brownies forever either. And Double chocolate sparklers are a newish take on Double chocolate unicorn.. With 100’s & 1000’s (kinda firework-ey) instead of unicorn sprinkles. Cannot wait to start the bake tomorrow.. the kitchen is going to smell amazing😍..

BOB — Our plain, unadulterated, rich, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with a dredged icing sugar pitchfork.

Choc chunk coffin crunch — Packed with milk choc chunks and shards of Cadbury’s Crunchie bars then baked to gooey, crunchy, chocolatey, brownie perfection.

Ghostly marshmallow and brain choc chunk — Soft marshmallows and chunks of fresh brain tissue (AKA white choc chunks) packed into a classic BOB. Topped with a white chocolate drizzle and ghoulishly delicious marshmallows.

Spider mint choc — A dense and dark BOB, a layer of fresh peppermint cream… topped with a rich, dark, googly eyed chocolate spider.
