Christmas menu number 2!
This week we’re really getting into the Christmas spirit with some of our favourite festive flavours.. Warming Irish cream, spicy gingerbread, refreshing after dinner peppermints, salty caramel with crunchy pretzels, Maltesers (because maltesers) and Christmas pud. So if you like the sound of these then message us as soon as possible to order. As per previous years we’re encouraging early ordering to ensure that no-one goes without. Remember all our brownies and blondies freeze and defrost beautifully so you can order now then stash in the freezer until required (we recommend placing in the fridge overnight to defrost or leaving at room temperature for a few hours; they’re also really quite delicious straight from the freezer then cut into thin slivers!). Here’s your menu..
BOB
Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, rich, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with a flurry of dredged icing sugar.
Christmas pud
Packed with juicy currants, sultanas, raisins, cherries, apples, orange and lemon peel, all steeped in rich, full bodied Madeira. Topped with a flurry of dredged icing sugar and a glace cherry to complete the christmassyness!
Gingerbread
Our gingerbreaded up BOB, made with dark muscovado sugar, black treacle, golden syrup, cinnamon, ground ginger and freshly grated ginger. Topped with a lemon icing drizzle. Gooey, rich, warm and chocolatey
Irish cream swirl
An Irish cream infused Bob with swirls and whirls of our Irish cream cheesecake running through and over.
Malty teaser
Piles of chopped and crushed maltesers and a heap of horlicks (for extra malty goodness) packed into a BOB. Topped with melted white chocolate and a malteser. Chewy, fudgy, rich and honeycomb crunchy…
Marshmallow and white choc chunk
Soft marshmallows and chunks of creamily sweet white chocolate packed into a classic BOB. Topped with a white chocolate drizzle and mini marshmallows. Pillowy, chewy, creamy, nubbly gooeyness.
Mint choc
A dense and dark chocolate brownie with a layer of peppermint cream, topped with smooth, rich, dark chocolate. A fudgy brownie take on an after eight!
Salted caramel and pretzel
Sea salted caramel running through and over a BOB, then topped with a layer of crispy, salty pretzels, more caramel and an extra sprinkle of sea salt flakes. Chewy, gooey, crunchy, sweet and salty goodness.
Sticky lemon and white choc chunk blondie
Our creamy white chocolate blondie infused with fresh lemon juice and zest, and chunks of white chocolate. Finished with a zesty lemon glaze. Creamy, zesty, sweet, sharp and sticky!
Vegan: BOB, Mint choc, Cherry choc chunk… Egg and dairy free, fudgy, rich chocolatey full!

All our brownies contain wheat (wheat flour), milk (butter), eggs and soya (soy lecithins in chocolate). Our vegan brownies contain seeds (ground flaxseed). We cannot guarantee that there won’t be nut, seed or coconut traces in any of our brownies due to the fact that they are used on the premises. Please contact us if you have any allergy questions or queries about our menu.
Small boxes (8 brownies) are £7, medium boxes (12 brownies) are £10, large boxes (16 brownies) are £12 and our Gigantaboxes (36 brownies – great for parties.. or brownie hunger!) are £25. You can mix any available varieties in a box. All brownies will be ready to collect from 4pm Thursday from our North Swindon address. Otherwise we can mail all boxes (except Gigantaboxes) for £4.50 P&P (1st class post) or £5.50 (1st class signed for) to UK mainland addresses (we can add a message to your box if you like too). Either email us or message us on Facebook to order. It’s worth doing this as soon as possible as we only make a limited amount per week; When they’re gone… they’re gone!
