Soft marshmallows and chunks of creamily sweet white chocolate packed into a classic BOB. Topped with marshmallow pieces and a white chocolate drizzle. Pillowy, chewy, creamy, nubbly gooeyness.

A coffee infused BOB packed with dark chocolate chunks then smothered in a creamy brown sugar frosting. Rich, intense, creamy sweetness.


Salted caramel

Sea salted caramel running through and over a BOB. Topped with an extra sprinkle of sea salt flakes. Chewy, gooey, sweet and salty goodness.

Stuffed with chopped toblerone and freshly toasted flaked almonds. Topped with melted toblerone and more toasted almonds. Nubbly, almondy, rich and fudgy.

Our vanilla cheesecake mix swirled over and through a BOB. Dreamy, creamy, tangy, rich, chocolatey fudginess.

Our white chocolate blondie, heavily laden with raspberries and white chocolate chunks. Sharp, juicy raspberries, chunks of smooth, sweet white chocolate and creamy blondiness… Heavenly.

Yesterday and today I ran a 100k ultra marathon.

My trusty Kitchen aid mixer and I are taking a week off. We’ll be back next Sunday with a full menu, including the rather amazing Honeycomb twirls that went down a treat yesterday, along with just about everything else at Bridlewood School’s summer fete..
