Welcome to our Easter menu!

We’re anticipating a busy week’s bake. We’re also anticiapting baking loooooads of crème egg brownies. But don’t let that make you flippant – there’s only so many that we can bake before we cave in and wave the white flag of surrender; We will sell out, so be sure to place your orders fast! Here goes…

BOB

Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with dredged icing sugar and a mini egg.

Creme egg

A BOB with a ‘hidden’ gem of a mini crème egg, smothered in our own recipe crème egginess, then coated with rich Belgian chocolate. Enough said!

Daim bar and toasted almond

Chopped up daim bars and toasted almonds packed into our classic BOB. Topped with more chopped up daim bars. Scarily addictive.

Marshmallow and white choc chunk

Our very popular and much loved classic. Marshmallows and chunks of white chocolate packed into a classic BOB. Topped with marshmallow pieces and a white chocolate drizzle. Chewy, nubbly, gooeyness.

Salted caramel

Sea salted caramel running through and over a BOB. Topped with an extra sprinkle of sea salt flakes. Chewy, gooey, sweet and salty goodness.

Vanilla cheesecake swirl

Our vanilla cheesecake mix swirled through and over a BOB for a dreamy, creamy, tangy contrast to rich chocolatey brownie fudginess.

Malty teaser

Piles of chopped and crushed maltesers and a heap of horlicks (for extra malty goodness) packed into a BOB. Topped with melted white chocolate and a malteser. Chewy, fudgy, rich and crunchy.

Raspberry and white choc chunk blondie

Our white chocolate blondie, heavily laden with raspberries and white chocolate chunks. Sharp, juicy raspberries, chunks of smooth, sweet white chocolate and creamy blondiness… Heavenly.

 

*Allergy information

All our brownies contain wheat (wheat flour), milk (butter), eggs and soya (soy lecithins in chocolate). This week our Daim bar brownie contains nuts (almonds). We cannot guarantee that there wont be nut traces in any of our brownies due to the fact that they are used on the premises. Please feel free to contact us if you have any allergy questions or queries about our menu.

This week we’re introducing 3 newbies to the menu. We’re also bringing back our extremely popular Toasted marshmallow and white choc chunk for a quick outing before next week’s Easter bonanza – they will not be on next week’s menu so buy this week and freeze (the brownies, not yourselves) if you’d like them for Easter.

BOB

Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with dredged icing sugar.

Cherry choc chunk (newbie)

Our BOB, packed with chopped glace cherries and chunks of dark, rich chocolate. Topped with half a glace cherry and a dark chocolate drizzle. Chewy, juicy, chocolatey richness.

Coffee and walnut (newbie)

Infused with espresso then folded with heaps of chopped walnuts. Topped with more walnuts and dark chocolate. Coffee, chocolate, rich, dense brownie and nubbly, fragrant walnuts.

Peanut butter

Our creamy, salty, sweet and crunchy peanut butter mix, swirled through and over a BOB. Creamy, crunchy, nutty, choccy heaven.

Salted caramel

Sea salted caramel running through and over a BOB. Topped with an extra sprinkle of sea salt flakes. Chewy, gooey, sweet and salty goodness.

Toasted marshmallow and white chocolate krispie

Chunks of white chocolate running through a BOB, topped with a layer of marshmallows and baked to toasty perfection. Covered with our chocolate krispie and drizzled with white chocolate.

Triple choc chunk

A BOB, chock full of dark, milk and white chocolate chunks. Then topped with even more chocolate chunks. Extreme chocolateyness.

Sticky lemon and white choc chunk blondie (newbie)

Our creamy white chocolate blondie infused with fresh lemon juice and zest and chunks of white chocolate. Finished with a zesty lemon glaze. Creamy, zesty, sweet, sharp and sticky!

It’s St Patrick’s Day this week so we thought we’d sprinkle a little luck of the Irish into our menu by adding our limited edition Irish Cream swirl. We’re also bringing back our Mint choc after it just missed out on last week’s vote to Chocolate orange. One of our all time favourite’s, Cherry bakewell blondie, is on the menu too (we need a will of steel if there are to be any left to sell). After a very busy Mother’s Day week’s bake last week we’re expecting things to be a little gentler this week. Maybe…

Menu 8th March

Many thanks to those that voted for ‘what mums really want’ varieties for this week… Chocolate orange beat Mint choc by two votes and Vanilla cheesecake beat Irish cream swirl by one vote (bit close then!) We are expecting to be very, very busy (you guys are so nice to your mums), so we’re going for a massive, massive bake this week. However, we’re only a small team and quality will always take precedent over quantity, so please, please order quickly to avoid disappointment. Oh and thank you Cody for this most splendid picture of you delivering your mum’s brownies (we love it!)

BOB

Banoffee

Mashed and chopped ripe bananas and toffee pieces packed into a BOB, then baked to gooey aromatic perfection. Topped with chunky shards of chopped toffee and a dark chocolate drizzle. Banana, toffee, choc fest.

Malty teaser

Rhubarb and custard blondie – Our white chocolate blondie, heavily laden with oven roasted rhubarb (for an intense flavour) and custard (because you just have to have custard with roobarb!) Topped with a rhubarb and custard drizzle. Sharp, intense, sweet and creamy.

After the whoosh of last week’s Valentine’s menu we have decided to go for a rather eclectic mix this week. We hope you approve!…

 

BOB

Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with dredged icing sugar.

 

Billionaire’s BOB

Our BOB, blinged up with a layer of smooth, creamy caramel, then topped in rich dark chocolate. Akin to a Millionaire’s shortbread but about 100 times more dense, fudgy, gooey, chocolatey!

 

Black forest

A darker, richer, cherry brandy infused BOB loaded with morello cherries and dark chocolate chips. Topped with dark chocolate flakes. Aromatic, juicy, darkness.

 

Daim bar

Chopped up daim bars and toasted almonds packed into our classic BOB. Topped with more chopped up daim bars. Smooth, crispy, crunchy, nubbly… Scarily addictive!

 

Key lime pie

A dark and dense BOB covered with a layer of our Key lime topping (zesty, creamy, caramelly), then finished with white chocolate flakes and freshly grated lime zest. Think brownie chocolate lime.

 

Marshmallow and white choc chunk

It’s Valentine’s week!

We’ve come up with a truly, madly, deeply lovely menu this week, full of delicious treats for your loved one. And all handmade with care, attention to detail and the best possible ingredients; Belgian chocolate, British butter, free range eggs, pure Madagascan vanilla bean extract, high quality cocoa… We love baking brownies!

If you’re thinking of placing an order, we’d recommend doing so fast in order to avoid brownie heartbreak. All this week’s boxes will come wrapped in heart embossed ribbon…

Cocolime

Our white chocolate blondie enriched with creamed coconut, freshly squeezed lime juice and zest. Topped with a coconut cream, white chocolate and lime frosting. Smooth, dreamy, fragrant zestiness.

Menu 1st February

This week we’re reintroducing a few varieties that don’t appear very often (one because it’s quite time consuming). But after the last couple of weeks of creme egg madness (they will be back) we thought they deserved an outing. Especially for those that have tried them before, loved them and have missed them, as well as our newbie customers who have yet to experience them. Also our blondie this week is a bit of a throwback to our Christmas menu and was specially requested.

Next week is Valentine’s week. If it’s anything like last year we will be very, very busy with orders. If you’d like a box of Bob’s for your love then it’s worth mentioning that all our brownies and blondies freeze (and defrost) beautifully. So you could buy this week, stash them away in the freezer and be safe in the knowledge that you’ve secured yourself a box to give. Or not give!

Choco hazelnut

Maximum nuttiness. Oven roasted hazelnuts, chopped then crammed into a BOB with chunks of dark chocolate. This one is rather amazing warmed up a little! Topped with a dark chocolate and a whole roasted hazelnut.

Mint choc

A dense and dark chocolate brownie with a layer of peppermint cream, topped with smooth, rich, dark chocolate. A fudgy brownie take on an after eight!

Here is this week’s menu. Due to the sheer amount of people that missed the  ‘one-off’ batches of Creme egg brownies, we’ve decided to bake them again this week. We’ve also included a couple of varieties that haven’t made an appearance on the menu for a while. Because we have so many varieties, but bake around 7 or 8 per week, this means they may not reappear for a while. So, the moral of the story is… Order fast!
