This is the penultimate week for ordering your Christmas brownies. We were originally planning on baking right up until Christmas but for the sake of sanity (and our family) we have decided to give ourselves a little breathing space. The good news is we’ll be baking loads this week and next. It’s also great to know that all our brownies freeze and defrost beautifully, so you can buy now and stash away in the freezer until required. And if you’re feeling benevolent and giving, our brownies make a fantastic gift. But… We are only a small, small team and there’s only so many baking hours before Christmas so please don’t leave it until the last minute to order as once we’re out, we are most definitely out!

This week we’ve upped our quota to 11 varieties as well as 2 gluten free…

 

BOB

Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with real snow (dredged icing sugar!)

 

Marshmallow and white choc chunk

Marshmallows and chunks of white chocolate packed into a classic BOB. Topped with marshmallow pieces and a white chocolate drizzle. Chewy, nubbly, gooeyness.

 

Peanut butter

Our creamy, salty, sweet and crunchy peanut butter mix, swirled through and over a BOB. Nutty, choccy heaven.

 

Salted caramel

Sea salted caramel running through and over a BOB. Topped with an extra sprinkle of sea salt flakes. Chewy, gooey, sweet and salty goodness.

 

Irish cream swirl

An Irish cream infused Bob with swirls and whirls of our Irish cream cheesecake running through and over.

 

Mint choc

A dense and dark chocolate brownie with a layer of peppermint cream, topped with smooth, rich, dark chocolate. A fudgy brownie take on an after eight!

 

Christmas pud

A jam packed BOB, brimming with our festive, brandied, juicy mincemeat with currants, sultanas, raisins, cherries, and orange zest. And topped with dredged icing sugar and half a glace cherry. Christmas in a brownie.

Daim bar

Chopped up daim bars and toasted almonds packed into our classic BOB. Topped with more chopped up daim bars.

 

Triple choc chunk

A BOB, chock full of dark, milk and white chocolate chunks. Then topped with even more chocolate chunks. Extreme chocolateyness.

 

Gingerbread

Our gingerbreaded up BOB, made with dark muscovado sugar, black treacle, golden syrup, cinnamon and freshly grated ginger. Topped with a lemon icing drizzle and shards of crystallised ginger. Gooey, rich, warm and wintery!

 

Cranberry and white choc chunk blondie

Our creamy white chocolate blondie, studded with piles of sharp festive cranberries and chunks of smooth, sweet white chocolate. Topped with more cranberries and white chocolate.

 

Gluten free Marshmallow and white choc chunk

Just like our regular (above), but gluten free!

 

Gluten free Toblerone and toasted almond

A gluten free version, stuffed with chopped toblerone and freshly toasted flaked almonds. Topped with melted toblerone and more toasted almonds.

 

Large boxes (16 brownies) are £11. Small boxes (8 brownies) are £6. You can mix any available varieties in a box. All brownies will be ready to collect from 4pm Thursday from our North Swindon address. Otherwise we can mail large boxes for £4 P&P (1st class post) to UK mainland addresses (we can add a message to your box if you like!) Either email us or message us on Facebook to order. It’s worth doing this as soon as possible as we only make a limited amount per week; When they’re gone… they’re gone!
