Double chocolate frosted unicorn — Classic, fudgy BOB, a luscious chocolate buttercream frosting and a magical dusting of unicorn sprinkles.

Biscoff blondie — Creamy white chocolate blondie swirled with caramel biscuit spread and white chocolate chunks, then sprinkled with broken caramel biscuits.

Thanks so much for all the Bob’s love yesterday while we were out and about at our first event for years. Speaking of which, if you’d like Bob’s to come to an event near you, ping me a message and we’ll see if we can attend.

Absolutely completely non seasonal.. but I have found Cabury’s mini crème eggs, so it would be rude not to use them to make our incredibly popular Easter brownies. I’m planning on baking a few batches.. so, if you’d like to buy some to stash in your freezer (they freeze and defrost beautifully), then send me an order message as soon as possible. This week also sees some of our other rarer varieties making an appearance.. our deelicious cookie dough brownie (so good with ice-cream), Triple choc chunk (also very good with ice-cream) and our Churro choc blondie (superb warmed up a little then served with, yep.. ice-cream) – there seems to be a theme here!..

As well as our weekly freshly baked menu to collect on a Thursday or Friday, we are now baking more to freeze and can offer these brownies to collect at pretty much any stage in the week (as long as I’m home and it’s not silly O’clock). Just send me a message and we’ll go through availability and sort a collection time.

We will also be offering boxes with personalised edible messages very soon, for a couple of pounds extra.. I’ll give more details when we’re all set up and ready to go.

Also we’ll be introducing a ‘courier gets a free box’ soon!.. I need to sort the details but if you and your work colleagues, or just a bunch of friends, order a whole load of boxes, the designated collector will get their box for freeee (nope, not gigantaboxes – sorry!). More details will be forthcoming in the next few weeks.

But for now, here’s this week’s menu – bursting with fudgy, chocolatey goodness..

BOB — Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, rich, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with dredged icing sugar.

Oreo milk choc — Classic BOB, complete with baked in Oreos and creamy milk chocolate chunks.

Salted caramel — Gorgeous homemade sea salted caramel running through and over a BOB. Topped with an extra sprinkle of sea salt flakes. Chewy, gooey, sweet and salty goodness.

Marshmallow and white choc chunk — Soft marshmallows and chunks of creamily sweet white chocolate packed into a classic BOB. Topped with a white chocolate drizzle and mini marshmallows.

Nutty choc chunk — Packed with chopped peanuts, almonds, walnuts and heaps of dark chocolate chunks. Finished with a dark chocolate drizzle and an extra nutty sprinkle.

Raspberry and dark chocolate — BOB packed with sharp, juicy raspberries and chunks of dark, dark Belgian chocolate. Fudgy, rich, sharp, juicy and intense.

Mars bar — Plied with a veritable heap of chopped up Mars bars. Baked to fudgy, chewy perfection, and then finished with some more.

Churro choc chunk blondie — Creamy white chocolate blondie made churro-ey with brown sugar and cinnamon, and turned inside out by adding heaps of dark chocolate chunks throughout – no dipping required. Delicious when warmed up a little to achieve churro meltiness.

Gluten free — Our gluten free brownies are just as rich and gooey as our regular brownies. We can bake just about all of our brownies and blondies gluten free. Send us a message to enquire.

Vegan — We have a very loyal vegan brownie following! At the moment we offer vegan BOB, Mint choc, Chocolate orange, Peanut butter, Triple nut choc, Toasted almond, Walnut, Choco hazelnut and Choc cherry. All baked to order so send us a message if you’re interested.

Dairy free — We can also bake dairy free for most of our regular brownies. Our dairy free brownies contain eggs whereas our vegan brownies don’t. Send us a message for more information.

*Allergy information

All our brownies contain wheat (wheat flour), milk (butter and chocolate), eggs, and soya (soy lecithins in chocolate). This week our Nutty choc chunk brownies contain nuts (peanuts, walnuts, almonds). Our vegan brownies contain seeds (ground flaxseed). We cannot guarantee that there won’t be nut, seed or coconut traces in any of our brownies due to the fact that they are used on the premises. Please contact us if you have any allergy questions or queries about our menu.

Small boxes (8 brownies) are £7, medium boxes (12 brownies) are £10, large boxes (16 brownies) are £13 and our Gigantaboxes (36 brownies) are £29. You can mix any available varieties in a box. All brownies will be ready to collect from 4pm Thursday from our North Swindon address. Otherwise we can mail all boxes (except Gigantaboxes) for £5.40 P&P (1st class post) to UK mainland addresses (we can add a message to your box if you like too). Either email us or message us on Facebook to order. It’s worth doing this as soon as possible as we only make a limited amount per week; When they’re gone… they’re gone! Welcome to this week’s menu – bursting with a whole heap of our most asked for varieties..

BOB — Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, rich, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with dredged icing sugar.

Black forest — A darker, richer, cherry brandy infused BOB loaded with morello cherries and dark chocolate chips. Topped with a dark chocolate drizzle. Aromatic, juicy, darkness.

Chocolate orange — Fudgy, dense BOB topped with a layer of zesty orange buttercream, coated with smooth, rich dark Belgian chocolate then sprinkled with fresh orange zest.

Double frosted chocolate — Classic, fudgy BOB with a luscious chocolate buttercream frosting.
