Good news… We’re back and there will be a bake this week!!. However, WE WON’T BE TAKING ORDERS. This is because we’ll be busy prepping for this coming Saturday’s North Swindon Community Fun Day at Brook Park, Redhouse, Swindon. We’re aiming to bake absolutely loooooads of brownies and blondies including gluten free and vegan varieties. Which means there will be absolutely loooooads for you to come buy at the fun day.

Malty teaser

Piles of chopped and crushed maltesers and a heap of horlicks (for extra malty goodness) packed into a BOB. Topped with melted white chocolate and a malteser. Chewy, fudgy, rich and crunchy…

Peanut butter

Our creamy, salty, sweet and crunchy peanut butter mix, swirled through and over a BOB. Creamy, crunchy, nutty, choccy heaven.

Espresso

Dark, dense, fudgy and rich espresso laden BOB with a cocoa dusting. This one most definitely picks you up!

Vanilla cheesecake

Our vanilla cheesecake mix swirled over and through a BOB. Dreamy, creamy, tangy, rich, chocolatey fudginess.

Blueberry and raspberry blondie

Our creamy white chocolate blondie crammed with juicy blueberries, sharp raspberries and extra white chocolate chunks. Summertime superfood blondie!

Sticky lemon and white choc chunk blondie

Our creamy white chocolate blondie infused with fresh lemon juice and zest, and chunks of white chocolate. Finished with a zesty lemon glaze. Creamy, zesty, sweet, sharp and sticky!

My trusty Kitchen aid mixer and I are taking a week off.
