Our gluten free brownies are just as rich and gooey as our regular brownies. We can bake just about all of our brownies and blondies gluten free. Send us a message to enquire.

Vegan

We have a very loyal vegan brownie following! At the moment we offer vegan BOB, Mint choc, Chocolate orange, Peanut butter, Toasted almond, Walnut, Choco hazelnut and Choc cherry. All baked to order so send us a message if you’re interested.

Dairy free

We can also bake dairy free for most of our regular brownies. Our dairy free brownies contain eggs whereas our vegan brownies don’t. Send us a message for more information.

Welcome to our final Christmas menu!

This is our last bake before Christmas. We have 10 varieties again this week including a very exciting newbie blondie. We also have gluten free and vegan varieties. It will definitely be worth ordering fast this week… We will answer all messages in the order that they are sent within the next few hours. Welcome to our penultimate Christmas menu. And welcome to all our new customers and followers. You’ll find everything you need to order in this post. Please take the time to read all the blurb as you’ll find answers to most Bob’s related questions here (prices, box sizes, how to order, allergies, postage costs etc). If you have questions please message us as opposed to leaving comments; As soon as the menu is published, we tend to be inundated with order and inquiry messages and we answer these in turn before even thinking to notice comments. By then we may well be sold out. We also cannot emphasise the following enough… Buy and freeze! All our brownies and blondies freeze (and defrost beautifully). Buying early also means you’ve less chance of completely missing out as we seem to be steadily accruing quite a following – if all our customers decided to order in the next 2 weeks something would have to give (most probably sleep)!

We’re keeping with the Christmassy theme for the rest of this month and will continue to try to cram as much variety in as possible (which is quite a task since our repertoire is now pretty hefty). We’d also like to reiterate that it really is a good idea to start your Christmas orders now. All our brownies and blondies freeze (and defrost) beautifully so it’s definitely worth buying now and freezing for later. We’re a bit excited about this week’s menu – we’ve decided to push the boat out a bit and reintroduce some of our gorgeous seasonal varieties as well as mix up our Salted caramel to include… pretzels (for extra crunchiness). We’re going all out to get into the spirit earlier this year! Speaking of which, it will be almost impossible to fulfil all requests for Christmas orders on the last week before Christmas (please don’t leave it last minute as there’s only so much begging we can take). With that in mind it really is worth noting that all our brownies and blondies freeze (and defrost) beautifully. So as soon as you see a menu that appeals, place your orders for gift boxes (or personal boxes for that matter), collect, then stash in the freezer feeling ever so slightly smug that you’re all sorted for your Christmas Bob’s and won’t need to resort to clandestine methods to rid the people in front of you in the last minute eeeeek queue. One final thing, we’ll be at St Leonard’s school, Blunsdon’s Christmas Fayre this coming Saturday, from 2-4pm with all of this week’s menu and more, including this year’s first outing for our Christmas pudding brownies. BOB

Bob’s Original Brownie. Our plain, unadulterated, chocolatey, fudgy, gorgeously simple brownie. Topped with dredged icing sugar.

Choco hazelnut

Maximum nuttiness. Oven roasted hazelnuts, chopped then crammed into a BOB with chunks of dark chocolate. This one is rather amazing warmed up a little! Topped with a dark chocolate and a whole roasted hazelnut.

Gingerbread

Our gingerbreaded up BOB, made with dark muscovado sugar, black treacle, golden syrup, cinnamon and freshly grated ginger. Topped with a lemon icing drizzle. Gooey, rich, warm and wintery!

Irish cream swirl

An Irish cream infused Bob with swirls and whirls of our Irish cream cheesecake running through and over.



Marshmallow and white choc chunk

Our very popular and much loved classic. Marshmallows and chunks of white chocolate packed into a classic BOB. Topped with marshmallow pieces and a white chocolate drizzle. Chewy, nubbly, gooeyness.

Raspberry and bitter chocolate

BOB packed with sharp, juicy raspberries and chunks of dark, dark Belgian chocolate. Fudgy, rich, sharp, juicy and intense.

Salted caramel
 and pretzel

Sea salted caramel running through and over a BOB, then topped with a layer of crispy, salty pretzels, more caramel and an extra sprinkle of sea salt flakes. Chewy, gooey, crunchy, sweet and salty goodness.

Cranberry, pistachio and white choc chunk blondie

Our creamy white chocolate blondie, with piles of sharp festive cranberries, green nubbly pistachios and chunks of smooth, sweet white chocolate. Topped with a cream cheese frosting then sprinkled with cranberries and pistachios.

Gluten free

Our gluten free brownies are just as rich and gooey as our regular brownies. We can bake just about all of our brownies and blondies gluten free. Send us a message to enquire.

Vegan

We have a very loyal vegan brownie following! At the moment we offer vegan BOB, Mint choc, Chocolate orange, Peanut butter, Toasted almond, Walnut, Choco hazelnut and Choc cherry. All baked to order so send us a message if you’re interested.

Dairy free

We can also bake dairy free for most of our regular brownies. Our dairy free brownies contain eggs whereas our vegan brownies don’t. Send us a message for more information.

All our brownies contain wheat (wheat flour), milk (butter), eggs and soya (soy lecithins in chocolate). This week our Choco hazelnut brownie contains nuts (hazelnuts). Our Cranberry, pistachio and white choc chunk blondie also contains nuts (pistachios). We cannot guarantee that there won’t be nut traces in any of our brownies due to the fact that they are used on the premises.
